  Went in here to buy a used car and was talked down to the entire time and they did not take my business seriously, did not give good answers to my questions or put any customer service forward at all. I assume it was because I am younger than most who come in and brought my parents in to help me as they know more than I. However, I had my own money to purchase a vehicle with without their aid and yet he spoke to me as if I was a spoiled brat and my parents should get the vehicle or even a newer one. I took my business elsewhere, so I suppose it was their loss. "Family" oriented not so much, very dissapointed in how I was treated and the customer service.

  Bought an suv from them awile ago, they assured us they had a reputable mechanic they use go over the vehicle. So far we have had two leaks from the apparently new windshield, coolant leak, faulty block heater, and broken defrost HVAC unit. Plus they gave us the vehicle almost on empty, could not make it back to Calgary without filling up. Poor all round
