  Had a very good experience here at Carstairs Ford. Mainly in the service department. I've not purchased a vehicle from carstairs Ford, however their sales staff is always very polite. I had an issue once at another dealership that messed my tires and rims up. They got me in the day after it happened, fixed it properly, and gave me a free loaner o feet to work in. Absulutley amazing. Thanks guys!

  Josh Bernhard was awesome to deal with, unfortunately he left for Dodge. I would work with him on buying a truck again in a heart beat! I had expressed concerns over the price of my vehicle being higher than negotiated on during my review from Ford and they took my comments seriously. I received a phone call immediately after trying to correct the situation, which was resolved in a timely manner. I really feel that they listened to me and took measures to ensure I was truly happy, which I am for sure now!!!

  We are repeat customers at Carstairs Ford. Our first experience was so great, we wouldn't have gone anywhere else to purchase our new truck. Our sales rep Rene and sales manager Kirk bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Integrity is so important in any industry and the Carstairs Ford team defines integrity.
